The Management level role – How we helped:
We recently recruited a Finance Manager into a newly created role for the company to bridge the gap between the finance team and the Director due to growth. This company always looks for candidates who have leadership qualities – whether they’re being hired for a management role or not.

The company were happy to take their time recruiting for this role since it was a new position and they were pleased that we understood this and that we will move at a pace that suits the situation. Since the role was a blank canvas we found out where the Directors wanted to pitch this role and created a profile for the perfect candidate.

It’s only been a few weeks, but the Finance Manager has integrated very well and is already a credible leader. She is asking great questions and showing a real desire to listen and learn. She has fitted into the team very easily, is managing relationships well and seems very comfortable. The company are feeling very positive about this hire.
