About the Role

Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys following processes, with excellent attention to detail?  

You will be supporting a team within a busy administrative role, processing documents and liaising with a variety of parties to ensure information is gathered on time and with accuracy. 

The role:
  • Uploading information onto various systems
  • Gathering documentation and ensuring they are checked for the correct details
  • Chasing outstanding customer documents 
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers, handling queries and providing updates
  • Providing information to the team and updating on work flow 
  • Using various systems
  • Supporting the office with a variety of administrative and customer service tasks
You'll need:
  • Recent experience working within a busy administrative role
  • Strong systems experience  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
