Are you keen to use your office skills in an expanding company with excellent career potential? And are you looking to work in a friendly and supportive team environment? This is an exciting time to be joining this well established and professional organisation who will always be looking to develop their staff. You will be based in the office Monday-Thursday, working 9am-5.30pm, with most Fridays working from home.  

Duties include:
  • Supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls
  • Administration to support the team, checking documentation and ensuring all administration is up to date
  • Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
  • Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, with first class computer skills, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical ability and be able to prioritise your workload.
