Are you keen to use your office skills in an expanding company with excellent career potential? And are you looking to work in a friendly and supportive team environment? You will be based in the office full-time, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.

Duties include:
  • First point of contact for customers and third parties
  • Handling a range of enquiries, supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls
  • Administration to support other teams, checking documentation and ensuring systems are updated
  • Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
  • Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify information
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
