Duties include:
- First point of contact for customers and third parties
- Handling a range of enquiries, supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls
- Administration to support other teams, checking documentation and ensuring systems are updated
- Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
- Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
- Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify information
