About the Role
- Full benefits package including company bonus, contributory pension, private healthcare, generous annual leave of 28 days plus bank holidays
- Based in the office full-time , working Monday-Friday

Receptionist duties include:
- Providing a first point of contact for visitors, meeting and greeting
- Managing the reception area and meetings rooms, including ensuring areas are tidy
- Meeting and greeting visitors, as well as providing refreshments
- Managing switchboard and handling general enquiries
- General office administration, typing, scanning and filing
- Responsible for the mail, franking and opening post, as well as booking couriers
- Managing stationery and office supplies, including handling deliveries
- Organising door passes and liaising with main reception
- Assisting Personal Assistants when needed
- Ideally 3-4 years’ front of house experience in a corporate environment, including basic switchboard experience
- Excellent IT skills, especially using Outlook, calendars and meeting management
- Knowledge of audio visual and meeting technologies
- Experience of engaging with business customers in a corporate organisation
- Organising and managing VIP events
- High levels of attention to detail to provide the highest standard of customer service
- A professional and meticulous appearance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and welcoming
- The ability to work well under pressure and to conflicting deadlines
- A calm, flexible and can-do approach to varied tasks
Due to the nature of the organisation, the successful candidate will be required to undertake various screening at offer stage.
