Our dynamic professional services client in London is seeking an experienced individual to join their team and ensure the smooth running of the organisation. 

This is a pivotal role, supporting the management team in the UK and overseas, as well as liaison with clients and internally across the office. You will be the go-to person, so having a calm and empathetic nature will be essential in this role.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team: Managing multiple diaries, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and emails, and anticipating their needs
  • Be the first point of contact: Greeting visitors, managing internal and external communication, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment, this will include attending some events
  • Coordinate the office: Maintaining efficient systems and workflows, including handling any IT implementations or issues, organising team and client events, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and handling office contracts
  • Be the central person for the office: Proactively address challenges with processes, implement new procedures, and take minutes at meetings
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Recent experience as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a professional, service-led industry
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, high levels of emotional intelligence
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Impeccable organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing landscape
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player
