Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing and supervising projects to meet strategic business objectives
- Fostering strong relationships with department heads, external partners, and senior management to facilitate collaborative project development
- Process optimisation and analysis of current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Project management, developing and executing comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Assigning project tasks to other team members across the office to ensure successful outcomes
- Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional teams to keep them informed and engaged
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance project delivery.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in project development and implementation roles
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: A keen eye for identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams across the business
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools and techniques
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and strategic objectives
