Working for this exceptional organisation, you will be joining an established HR team, delivering an administration service to the business. The company offer an excellent balance of corporate structure along with a personable, people-centred culture. You will already be working in HR and looking to support all areas of recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and all stages of the employee life cycle. This is a generalist role which includes aspects of onboarding and Employee Relations.

Duties include:
  • Managing the end-to-end on boarding process for all new starters, including work experience candidates
  • Being the first point of contact for new employees
  • Creating contracts, offer letters and paperwork for new joiners
  • Updating systems to track new starters, as well as updating managers
  • Completing checks such as referencing
  • Undertaking inductions with new joiners
  • Taking ownership of the probation period process
  • Supporting and advising managers and employees on all HR policy and procedures
  • Supporting with employee relations and sickness administration, as well as Maternity and Paternity leave.
  • Updating any employee changes including leave, absence, and terms and conditions of employment
  • Assist with Compliance of all HR documentation, including new employee screening checks
  • Communicate and update any contract changes
  • Assist with a variety of projects.
If you already are already working in a support role within HR and are looking to progress your career in a busy and fast-paced team, this may be the right next step for you. You will need to have:
  • Recent HR experience, including Employee Relations administration
  • Understanding and interest in generalist HR
  • HR policy and process knowledge
  • Understanding of recruitment processes
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to complete tasks to deadline
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent levels of accuracy with good attention to detail
