We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant/Key Worker to play a crucial role in supporting the academic and behavioural needs of a small group of students.  
  
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Providing individual and small group support to students
• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a calm and supportive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with students and their families
• Contributing to the overall well-being of the school community
• Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff across the school

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a genuine passion for working with young people with complex needs
• Have experience working in a SEN or similar setting
• Be highly motivated and committed to student success
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is a team player, with a patient, positive and can-do attitude
• Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
