Graduate Marketing Assistant

• Data analysis: Proficiency in using Excel on a daily basis for data collection and business recommendations • Business acumen: Knowledge of business principles and practices to apply data insights to real-world problems • Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences

• Over 2 years of experience in mortgage underwriting • £250K mandate in first charge residential mortgages • Proven ability to manually assess affordability • Expertise in reviewing credit and valuation reports, in addition to financial information to make informed lending decisions

• 7 years garden/nursery maintenance and driver’s mate experience, including grounds maintenance and loading/unloading vans • Enjoys manual/physical work and is keen to learn, full driver’s licence • Excellent IT skills, ICT BTEC Level 3 qualification • Stable work history, excellent communication skills, flexible and committed attitude towards work

• 1 year trainee accounts experience within practice • Starting AAT Level 4 studies alongside full-time permanent work • Experience of using Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Iris and MS Office • Excellent communication skills, looking for a career within accounts with the opportunity to develop their skills
