You will be a highly motivated and experienced Global Event Manager, able to lead a team in the planning, execution, and management of international events. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage and deliver first-class events internationally. Although you will be based in the London offices, there will be extensive international travel within your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of Coordinators throughout the event lifecycle
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth event planning and operational success
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Managing complex supply chain coordination
- Ensuring events meet quality, timelines, and budgets, providing service excellence
- Overseeing day-to-day resource, staff, and supplier management for all events
- Extensive travel, including site visits, event execution, and management on event days
- Troubleshooting any issues effectively before and during events
- Contingency planning for events
- Analysing and evaluating event performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure events run within budgets
- Providing detailed post-event reports and recommendations
- Proven experience in global event management, including budgeting and cost control
- Strong leadership and team management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing supply chains, contract negotiation and customer relationships,
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel globally on a regular basis
- Proficiency in event management software
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
