• Over 10 year’s stable experience in their current administrative and customer service role • Ability to multi-task, handling high volume telephone calls, emails, and administrative tasks • Excellent IT skills gained, including MS Office and extensive online diary management • Excellent communication skills, extremely professional and personable

• Over 4.5 years’ stable administrative experience • Excellent IT skills gained through degree content as well as daily use within their current employment, including MS Office, OneDrive and cloud systems • First class Business Information Systems graduate • Excellent communication skills, extremely professional and articulate

• Over 15 years’ experience working within financial services, including banking, mortgages and insurance, including significant tenure at a major multinational bank • 12 years working within compliance, with experience in assessing and mitigating risk within financial services operations • CeMAP qualified, with strong FCA regulatory knowledge, including experience working with firms under FCA scrutiny, including Section 166 reviews and compliance audits • Adaptable, extremely professional and articulate, ability to coach and feed back to colleagues in order to ensure compliance cross- functionally
