• Over 15 years’ experience working within financial services, including banking, mortgages and insurance, including significant tenure at a major multinational bank • 12 years working within compliance, with experience in assessing and mitigating risk within financial services operations • CeMAP qualified, with strong FCA regulatory knowledge, including experience working with firms under FCA scrutiny, including Section 166 reviews and compliance audits • Adaptable, extremely professional and articulate, ability to coach and feed back to colleagues in order to ensure compliance cross- functionally

• 6 years’ experience working within B2B sales and business development for UK based SMEs and Enterprise businesses • Stable work history, most recent tenure of 4 years before recent redundancy • Skills include completing full sales cycle, researching leads, booking meetings and closing sales • Professional, articulate, and deeply committed to a career in sales, actively seeking their next Business Development or Sales role.

• 20 years’ experience working within manual mortgage underwriting • Stable work history within high street and specialist lenders • Recent mandate holder up to £350K • Skills include affordability assessments, providing rationale to mitigate lending risk, full analysis of financial statements and checks, liaison with a range of third parties

• 3.5 years’ experience within case management, reviewing and handling complex confidential documentation • Ability to liaise with a range of internal stakeholders and external third parties at all levels • Excellent decision making skills based on gathering and assessing case information • Outstanding communication skills, articulate and professional manner
